What is Level 4 Managing the HACCP system?
The RSPH Level 4 Award in Managing the HACCP System covers the advanced principles and practices of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). This qualification provides a comprehensive understanding of the management of the development, validation, implementation, verification, review and maintenance of a HACCP based food safety management systems using the Codex principles.

Who is this qualification for?
To take this qualification, it is recommended that you have a knowledge of food hygiene and safety equivalent to that contained in the RSPH Level 3 Awards in Food Safety. It is also recommended that you have achieved the RSPH Level 3 Award in Understanding how to Develop a HACCP Plan.
